The Hubbard Accounting Firm is located in Cartersville, Georgia, in the heart of Bartow County. We meet clients in person by appointment and serve most clients virtually through our secure, encrypted client portal — so working with us is easy whether you're across town or across the state.

While Cartersville and Bartow County are home base, we actively serve families, businesses, and HOAs across Northwest Georgia. This includes Floyd, Cherokee, Cobb, and Paulding counties. Through our virtual process, we work with clients throughout Georgia.

Our clients include individuals and families; small businesses generally under $2 million in revenue — including real estate agents and brokerages, contractors and trades, restaurants, retail, and professional services; homeowners and condominium associations; and everyday households through our Household Financial Management service.

We offer both in-person and virtual appointments!

Meet with us in person in Cartersville, or work with us entirely virtually — secure document upload, video or phone meetings, and electronic signatures. Most clients use a mix, and either way you get the same response standard: we answer within one to two business days, in writing.

Tax software works fine for very simple returns — one W-2, no dependents. We use flat-fee pricing — not hourly billing. Before we start any work, we'll give you a clear fee so there are no surprises on your invoice. The fee depends on the complexity of your situation, which is why we always start with a free consultation.
